Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy is provided by HIGVR HONGKONG LIMITED ("HIGVR", "we", "us" or "our") for products purchased directly from higvr.com.

1. Limited Warranty Period

HIGVR warrants that each product purchased directly from higvr.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to this policy.

This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Proof of direct purchase from higvr.com or another authorized source expressly identified by HIGVR may be required for warranty service.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal intended use of the product within the warranty period. It applies to standard products and to custom products, including eligible customized HIG Glove and HIG-M4 configurations.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration or consumable components whose performance reduces through ordinary use;
  • damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper storage, impact, dropping, crushing or failure to follow instructions;
  • damage caused by liquid exposure, sweat corrosion, improper cleaning, extreme temperature, unsuitable charging equipment or electrical conditions;
  • damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, replacement parts, accessories, software or firmware changes;
  • incompatibility with third-party devices, software, games or applications unless we expressly represented compatibility for the relevant configuration;
  • products with removed, damaged or altered serial numbers or authenticity identifiers;
  • products purchased from sellers that are not HIGVR or an authorized source expressly identified by HIGVR;
  • use outside the product's intended VR accessory or simulation purpose.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, email service@higvr.com during the warranty period and provide:

  • your order number and contact information;
  • the product name and, where available, serial number;
  • a description of the problem and when it occurred;
  • clear photographs or video showing the issue, and any reasonable troubleshooting information requested by us.

Do not send a product back until we approve the return and provide return instructions and an address.

5. Warranty Remedies

If we determine that a claim is covered by this warranty, HIGVR may, at its choice and to the extent permitted by applicable law, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or issue a refund. HIGVR will bear reasonable shipping costs associated with an approved warranty remedy.

Replacement products or repaired products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for any additional period required by applicable law.

6. Custom Products

A custom product cannot be cancelled or returned because you changed your mind once its configuration has been confirmed, as described in our Order Cancellation & Custom Products Policy. However, this warranty remains available for a confirmed defect in a custom product.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This limited warranty is in addition to rights that you may have under applicable consumer laws. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
