Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders purchased from higvr.com and fulfilled by HIGVR HONGKONG LIMITED ("HIGVR", "we", "us" or "our").

1. Fulfillment Location

Orders are currently dispatched from mainland China. We may add overseas warehouses in the future and will update this policy when fulfillment arrangements change.

2. Order Processing Time

For standard in-stock products, we generally process orders within 7 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude applicable weekends and public holidays.

Custom products require confirmation of product functions, configuration or intended application before fulfillment. We will communicate the expected fulfillment time after requirements for a custom order are confirmed.

3. Estimated Transit Time

After shipment, typical transportation time is within 20 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Delivery can be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, destination requirements, weather, holidays, public events, international circumstances and other factors outside our reasonable control.

4. Worldwide Shipping and Restricted Products

We aim to ship worldwide where shipment is legally and practically available. Products with firearm-like or other special appearances may not be deliverable to certain destinations because of local law, customs rules, carrier requirements or international circumstances.

If, before shipment, we determine that any ordered product cannot lawfully or practically be sent to your destination, including a special-appearance product, we may contact you by email, cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid for the cancelled product and its original shipping charge.

5. Customer Responsibility for Address and Import Requirements

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and for confirming that ordered products may be imported and received at your destination. Please contact us promptly if you identify an address error before shipment; we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing begins.

Where permitted by applicable law, if a shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, destroyed or otherwise not deliverable because you provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, declined delivery, failed to complete customs procedures, failed to pay destination charges, or ordered a product that cannot lawfully be imported or received at your destination, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return, customs, duty, storage, disposal and handling costs actually incurred from any available refund.

6. Taxes, Duties and Customs Charges

The customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges and other destination charges. Such amounts are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout. Customs delay or charges are not controlled by HIGVR.

7. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your shipment has exceeded the estimated transit time or appears to be missing, please email sales@higvr.com with your order number. We will review available tracking information and, where appropriate, request investigation by the carrier. After the investigation, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement shipment or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost or otherwise cannot be delivered.

8. Damaged Parcels or Wrong Products

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or video of the item and packaging. If confirmed, HIGVR will provide an appropriate remedy and bear reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved remedy in accordance with our Return Policy and Limited Warranty Policy.

For visible shipping damage, a damaged parcel or a wrong product, please report the issue preferably within 7 days after delivery and retain the outer packaging, shipping label and evidence needed for carrier investigation. This reporting request does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
