Infringement Policy

HIGVR HONGKONG LIMITED ("HIGVR", "we", "us" or "our") respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting its own brands, product materials and designs from unauthorized use and counterfeit activity.

1. Reporting Alleged Infringement on Our Site

If you believe content or a product listing on higvr.com infringes intellectual property rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, please send a written notice to marketing@higvr.com.

Your notice should include:

  • your name, organization, address, telephone number and email address;
  • identification of the intellectual property right claimed to be infringed and evidence of ownership or authorization to act;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant Site URL or product listing;
  • a description of why you believe the material infringes your rights;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
  • your electronic or physical signature.

2. Review and Response

We may request additional information where a notice is incomplete or unclear. Where appropriate, we may remove or revise content, suspend a listing, contact relevant parties or take other action while a matter is reviewed. Submitting a notice does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Where reasonably necessary to protect HIGVR or its customers, we may preserve relevant evidence and submit reports, takedown requests or complaints to online marketplaces, hosting providers, payment providers, logistics providers, customs bodies, rights-protection services or competent enforcement authorities. We may share information reasonably necessary for those purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3. Protecting HIGVR Intellectual Property

The HIGVR name, logos, product names, product images, manuals, graphics, promotional materials, software, firmware, product designs and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to HIGVR unless stated otherwise.

Without written authorization, third parties may not:

  • use HIGVR branding or official product imagery in a manner that suggests authorization, partnership or endorsement;
  • copy or use HIGVR materials to advertise counterfeit, imitation or misleading products;
  • sell products represented as genuine HIGVR products when they are not genuine;
  • remove, modify or obscure serial numbers, authenticity identifiers or intellectual property notices;
  • reproduce protected designs, manuals, software or firmware except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Reporting Counterfeit Products or Misuse of Our Brand

If you identify a suspected counterfeit product, copied product listing, unauthorized use of HIGVR imagery, or a seller falsely claiming authorization, please email marketing@higvr.com with:

  • a link, screenshot or other evidence of the suspected activity;
  • the name of the platform or seller involved;
  • any order, packaging or product information available to you;
  • your contact details so that we can follow up if needed.

5. False or Misleading Notices

Notices must be made honestly and on an accurate basis. A person who knowingly sends a false or misleading notice may be responsible for resulting losses or consequences under applicable law.
