2.2 Hardware structure and removable parts

At commercial sites, the hardware structure and detachable parts should be included as part of the acceptance record to avoid unclear responsibilities for subsequent maintenance.

Hardware features

  • Handguard touch strip: Inductive grip.
  • Handguard joystick: corresponds to the left handle joystick.
  • Power button: Press and hold to turn on or off the phone.
  • Function key: Long press to switch recoil mode.
  • Trigger: Two-stage type, corresponding to the right handle trigger.
  • Grip touch strip: corresponds to the right handle grip button.
  • Picatinny Rail: For mounting adapted decorative or fixed accessories.
  • Stock: Removable, with battery inside.

indicator light

  • Green: SteamVR drive mode, SteamVR recoil data detected.
  • Cyan: Recoil mode is automatically triggered and vibrates when the trigger is pressed. It is suitable for games that do not record native recoil.
  • Red: Recoilless mode, turns off vibration feedback, and can be used in scenarios where recoil is not required.
  • Blue: calibration mode.

Notice

  • Different modes will affect vibration and battery life. Before switching, confirm the current game and usage scenario.
