6.1 Cleaning, storage and after-sales support

Cleaning, storage and consumable parts handling can impact glove sensing accuracy, battery life and overall reliability.

Gun-Shaped VR Controller Safety Tips

The HIG-M4 3.0 is a VR accessory, not a real weapon. Do not display, carry or use in public places; please confirm destination laws, shipping rules and site requirements before transporting, importing, purchasing and using. Do not remove safety markings or modify the appearance to make it more likely to be mistaken for an actual weapon.

clean

  • Clean only with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and avoid corrosive cleaning agents such as alcohol, disinfectant wipes, and dish soap.
  • Glove washing is by hand only; machine washing, bleaching, and tumble drying are prohibited.
  • The water temperature should not exceed 40C. Lay it flat in a cool and ventilated place to dry naturally.
  • All electronic components in the HIG gloves must be removed before cleaning, otherwise irreversible damage will occur.
  • Only wipe the sensor and electronic module lightly with a dry soft cloth to avoid liquid penetration.

Batteries and storage

  • Press and hold the power button to turn off after each use.
  • Reduce power to medium before storing for short periods of time.
  • For long-term storage exceeding 30 days, it is recommended to perform a charge-discharge cycle every 2-3 weeks.

Consumable parts

  • When the adhesive force of the Velcro is reduced, you can use a dry brush to clean the hair and dust.
  • When the wear is serious, replace the spare Velcro or the Velcro of the same size.
  • When the connection cable is loose or has poor contact, turn off the phone first and then gently unplug and connect to confirm that the interface is tightly connected.
  • If the problem is still not resolved after handling it yourself, please contact the official after-sales service.
