4.2 Delivery records, versions and support information
Delivery records are used for subsequent problem reproduction and version rollback.
suggested record
- Project name, site, quantity of equipment and person in charge.
- HigCalibreNG package name, installation path, installation date.
- SteamVR version, headset, streaming method, game name and presets.
- Receiver location, USB port, typical play distance and presence of metal obstructions.
Support boundaries
- Problems with version and environment are not recorded and may not be reproducible.
- Do not modify the appearance, disassemble the battery, or display or use the product in non-compliant venues.
