5.2 Information submitted when contacting technical support
When contacting technical support, you should submit enough information to avoid just saying "it doesn't work."
Information to be submitted
- Order or project name.
- HIG-M4 3.0 quantity and the device number in question.
- Headset, streaming method, HigCalibreNG package name, SteamVR version, game name and preset.
- Operational steps, expected status and actual status before the problem occurred.
- Connect icon, wave icon, SteamVR icon, SteamVR add-on and in-game performance screenshots.
Don't submit
- Do not publicly submit personal privacy, account passwords, payment information or irrelevant business data.
- Do not upload non-desensitized customer live videos unless authorized to do so.
