After receiving the product, first check the 12 components according to their quantity, and then check the appearance, interfaces and cables.

The HIG-M4 3.0 is a VR accessory, not a real weapon. Do not display, carry or use in public places; please confirm destination laws, shipping rules and site requirements before transporting, importing, purchasing and using. Do not remove safety markings or modify the appearance to make it more likely to be mistaken for an actual weapon.

Arrival inspection

  • Check the casing, stock, handguard, decorative magazine, Type-C port, touch strip, trigger, and cables for obvious damage.
  • Make sure both receivers, chargers and all accessories are complete.
  • If there are missing parts, transportation damage, abnormal odor or heat, do not continue to power on, take pictures first and contact after-sales service.
