5.1 Connection, icon and game issues
Check connections, SteamVR, glove calibration, game presets and recoil by symptom. If it still cannot be restored, submit the complete environment information.
The connection or icon does not light up
Replug both receivers and try other USB ports; remove the metal shield, restart HigCalibreNG, and confirm the connection, glove, and SteamVR icon status.
SteamVR icon does not light up
Confirm that SteamVR is started and 01daemon is enabled in the management add-on.

The receiver or glove remains undetected
After ending HigThingsCxxNgExecutable.exe, restart the program from the HigCalibreNG installation directory and observe the logs.





Input is still abnormal after glove calibration
Check the TMR/N52 position, N52 arrow direction and glove tightness, and then recalibrate. The bend of the index finger corresponds to the trigger, and the bending of the middle finger, ring finger and little finger corresponds to the grip.

Can't find corresponding game preset
Confirm that HigCalibreNG matches the current headset and streaming method; if there is no corresponding preset, select Other and adjust the gun position in a safe area.

Unable to use when entering the game
If the M4 connection is normal, single trigger and continuous trigger are available, but cannot be used when entering the game, first exit the game and HigCalibreNG, reconnect and select the corresponding preset or Other.
Menu key behavior is not as expected
When the fingers of the left hand are bent, press the menu key to take a screenshot; when the palm of the left hand is straightened, press the menu key to open the SteamVR menu. Check gesture and glove calibration first.
Recoil is out of sync or too strong
Reduce vibration intensity and test with a single trigger; if out of sync, adjust delay from about 100ms while checking receiver signal.
