3.2 Connect the receiver and start the software

Connect the two receivers, headset, SteamVR and HigCalibreNG in a fixed order and check the three status icons.

Connection order

  1. Confirm that HigCalibreNG has been installed.
  2. Plug the left-hand glove receiver and the HIG-M4 3.0 receiver into your computer USB ports respectively.
  3. Move large metal objects away to avoid blocking the receiver.
  4. Connect the headset and launch SteamVR.
  5. Open HigCalibreNG.
  6. Confirm that the connection icon, wave icon, and SteamVR icon are lit before proceeding with glove calibration and preset application.

Connection check

If the icon does not light up, first change the USB port, remove the metal interference source and restart HigCalibreNG. If you still can't connect, go to 5.1 troubleshooting.
