2.1 Unboxing and Parts Check

Before powering on, wearing, or installing the gloves, check the left and right gloves, receiver, mounts or bases, and glove storage case against your order.

Left and right gloves 1 each for the left and right hands Check the fabric, data boxes, control modules, TMR and N52 modules, and wires.
Wireless receiver 1 for the consumer edition Check that the enclosure and USB connector are free of deformation, damage, and foreign objects.
Controller mounts or Tracker bases 1 each for the left and right sides, as ordered Verify that the model and left/right orientation match the actual devices.
Glove storage case 1 Verify that the zipper works properly and the case is undamaged.

Inspection Procedure

  1. Place all parts on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Use the table to check each item's name, quantity, and left/right orientation.
  3. Check for damage, moisture, exposed wires, deformation, unusual odors, or other abnormalities.
  4. Verify that the storage case zipper works properly and the case is undamaged.

Expected Result

All parts in the order are present, their quantities and models are correct, and there are no visible abnormalities that could affect safety or operation.

If the Check Fails

If any part is missing, mismatched, or visibly abnormal, do not power on, charge, or force-install the equipment. Record the issue and contact HIGVR Support.
