3.2 Connect the Receiver and Gloves
The consumer version uses 1 wireless receiver. The images below help identify the receiver, the main software interface, and the glove connection icons.
Procedure
- Start HiggloveNg 1.0.6 with both gloves turned off.
- Connect the wireless receiver to a USB port on the computer. Make sure there are no large metal objects or other objects nearby that could block or interfere with the wireless signal.
- Check the receiver status in the software. If the receiver is not detected, reconnect it and try another available USB port.
- Turn on both gloves: blue means not connected; green, yellow, or red means connected, with the color also indicating the current battery level.
- If the status is blue, follow the pairing tutorial to complete pairing.
- Confirm the status and finger icons for the left and right gloves in the software.

Expected Result
The software detects the wireless receiver and both gloves, the power indicators are green, yellow, or red, and finger movements produce a continuous response.
If Connection Fails
If the receiver or gloves are still not detected, first move any large metal objects and obstructions away and try another USB port. If the issue persists, save the software version, USB connection details, surrounding environment, interface status, and photos of the indicator states, then contact support.
Next Step
After connecting, continue to 3.3 Complete Gesture Calibration.
