1.2 Supported device and tracking solutions

The HIG Glove uses interchangeable mounts or the Tracker base with different position tracking devices. The following categories are displayed by device and tracking type.

Notes

Equipment pictures are used for model identification and mount selection, and do not mean that every cross-brand and cross-version combination has been retested. Non-standard mounting methods and offset adjustments need to be verified according to the actual combination.

Mixed Tracking with Space Calibrator

Vive Ultimate Tracker, Valve Index related devices, Vive Tracker 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 and Tundra Tracker can be used as hybrid tracking candidates. Actual results depend on SteamVR, calibration tool, device firmware and current combination and need to be verified on a set-by-set basis.

How to choose device options

Device options in the software should be selected based on the actual controller being used or the tracking device that provides the location for the glove, not just by the name of the headset.

When Quest 3 is used with Meta Touch Pro controller, select the Quest Pro option.
When using the Quest headset with Tracker to position gloves, select the corresponding Tracker option.
