2.1 Product unpacking and component verification

Before powering up, donning and installing, check the left and right gloves, receiver, mount or base, and glove storage case against your order.

Unpacking list

Check items Quantity/Description Check the key points
Left and right hand gloves 1 each for the left hand and right hand Check the fabric, data box, operating module, TMR and N52 modules and wires.

Glove storage box 1 The zipper can be used normally and the box body is not damaged.

Examples of left and right hand mounts, actual mounts are checked against the device model as ordered.

Check steps

  1. Place all components on a dry, clean table.
  2. Check the name, quantity and left and right direction item by item according to the table.
  3. Check for damage, moisture, exposed wires, deformation, odor or abnormalities.
  4. Check whether the zipper of the storage box is normal and whether the box body is damaged.

Expected Result

All parts in the order are complete, the quantity and model are correct, and there are no abnormalities in appearance that affect safety or use.

If the Check Fails

Do not power on, charge or force installation if parts are missing, mismatched or have abnormal appearance; record the abnormality and contact HIGVR support.
