When using another receiver

  1. Confirm that VMC reception is enabled in the current software version.
  2. Use matching port settings on the sender and receiver.
  3. First use a test model to verify the left and right hands and individual finger movements.
  4. Do not apply Warudo menu names directly. Locate the corresponding VMC settings in the current interface of the target application.

If you need assistance

Send the software name and version, model format, VMC settings, and a video of the issue to service@higvr.com. HIGVR will help check the data path and settings.
