6.1 Storage, Inspection, and Project Support

Commercial devices must be managed together by asset ID, receiver, and channel group to prevent devices from different projects from being mixed.

After Each Use

  1. Turn off the gloves and disconnect the corresponding receiver.
  2. Inspect the fabric, data box, wires, TMR/N52 modules, fixtures, and receiver for moisture, damage, or foreign matter.
  3. Return the gloves and corresponding receiver to the same storage location according to the asset ID.
  4. Arrange the gloves and wires gently. Avoid folding, compression, impact, sharp objects, and pressure from heavy objects.
  5. Store away from water, fire, high temperatures, and strong magnetic fields.

Bulk Asset Management

  • Record the SKU, left or right hand, receiver, channel group, project, and status together in the asset register.
  • After repair, replacement, or transfer between projects, recheck all relationships within the group.
  • Archive the SDK and project configurations separately by version; do not combine them with hardware labels as a single record.

Stop Using Immediately

Stop use immediately if abnormal heat, unusual odor, swelling, liquid ingress, exposed wires, structural damage, or skin discomfort occurs. Do not wash, disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself.

Project Support

Contact service@higvr.com and submit the project, SKU, device ID, receiver and channel group, issue symptoms, and redacted evidence.
